North Shore

BEACHES

Incline Village has no public access to the water or beaches as most of the shoreline is privately owned. There are basically two resident only beaches (restricted access) : Burnt Cedar & Incline/Ski/Hermit Beach. The other two options are Sand Harbor (NV) and King's Beach (CA), both State run beaches which get quite crowded. Guests wishing to get access must use "Punch cards" ; the cards are limited in number so Hosts can only offer what they have currently 5 cards per residence and each with a limited number of funds.

Burnt Cedar

Burnt Cedar is a great family beach with a large swimming pool, kids' pool, sandy beach area, snack shop and bar. Known for its large grass peninsula it has sweeping views.

Incline Beach: Ski, Hermit, & Boat Launch

Incline Beach is a popular place for locals to enjoy the waters. The area has a kids' play park, beach volleyball and snack shop with a locals' bar. It is also the only boat Launch area in Incline.
